Meet Gavin and Alfredo, the Founders of Get Funding Path

In 2019 we were running hundreds of ad accounts for Grant Cardone and Frank Kern. Today we teach business owners and real estate investors the order banks read their file in.

We're Gavin Klauser and Alfredo Haro-Goñi. Since 2021 we've coached more than 700 business owners and real estate investors toward 0% business funding, and they've brought in over $80 million from the banks on applications they filled out themselves.

We're coaches. We don't lend money and we don't make credit decisions. The banks do that. Our job is to get your file ready and show you the order.

How we met

We met in 2019. Frank Kern and Grant Cardone had started an ad agency together, Cardone Kern, and they handed the running of the ads to our team.

Between the two of us we were running hundreds of ad accounts. And we were always the last two still talking at the end of the night, trading ideas on how to make a campaign perform better. We hit it off.

When Cardone Kern closed, we didn't go our separate ways. We started our own agency, KHG Media. The K is Klauser. The HG is Haro-Goñi.

Gavin Klauser

Gavin didn't start in finance. He learned marketing to bring more income into his household. His girlfriend at the time was a traveling nurse, so they moved from city to city with her contracts. Wherever they landed, Gavin found local businesses and ran their ads.

At KHG Media, a lot of our clients sold high-ticket programs: masterminds, coaching, services that cost thousands of dollars. Their buyers often needed financing to pay for them. So Gavin started digging into how business funding works, to help those buyers get approved.

He went all the way down the rabbit hole, and he loved it. That became Klauser Capital. It grew fast, and Gavin moved his full focus from the agency to funding.

Today Gavin runs fulfillment at Get Funding Path. He and his team are the ones who read your file: your score, late payments, cards, limits and inquiries. They look at what a bank will see before the bank sees it.

Alfredo Haro-Goñi

Alfredo practiced criminal law for over a decade. A criminal attorney is tied to one place: the courthouse, the DA's office, wherever the clients are. He wanted work he could do from anywhere, and more time at home with his wife and kids. So he left law for marketing.

Since then he's managed more than $17 million in ad spend and generated more than $56 million in sales for clients. He received the ClickFunnels Two Comma Club Award and has worked with Frank Kern, Grant Cardone and Brad Lea. He also runs Mythic ROAS, a marketing agency for service businesses.

When Gavin started Klauser Capital, Alfredo ran its marketing for the first two and a half to three years. Today he leads operations and marketing at Get Funding Path. And he still reads the fine print, which matters in a business where the terms decide what you pay.

Why we built Get Funding Path

Klauser Capital has coached clients toward 0% business funding since 2021. Get Funding Path is the same work, built for English-speaking business owners and real estate investors in the US.

We kept seeing the same thing. People with good credit were still paying cash or interest to fund their deals, because nobody had told them the order. Which bank goes first. Which one goes next. What each one reads when it pulls your file.

That's the Clean Pull Sequence. And before anyone applies, we check the 4 funding blocks:

1. A 700+ score.
2. Nothing late in the last 24 months.
3. 3 or more cards, one with a $10K+ limit.
4. 3 or fewer inquiries in the last 6 months.
